Shipping

We ship online orders within India only. For secure delivery, we do not ship orders to post office boxes. 

Please note that if you've ordered multiple items together, they may not always ship together. Our customer care team will be in touch with you regarding any such instances.

We strive to process all deliveries through reputable courier companies. However, in cases where the pincode/zipcode is not serviceable by these courier companies, we may use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries and inform you accordingly.

Please also note the following regarding shipping:

1. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time.
2. Free shipping promotion excludes any additional taxes / government charges
3. Multiple items may not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses
4. All orders require a signature upon receipt, our courier partners require proof of identity to hand over the order as well – request you provide the same when asked for.
5. If your pin code is not listed in our shipping zones, get in touch with us and we will try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
